Scientists at EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) have built a mind-controlled robotic hand exoskeleton that moves just by reading your thoughts. Using EEG-based brainwave signals, the system detects neural activity and converts it into movement, helping people regain control after paralysis or stroke.

This lightweight exoskeleton features artificial tendons that mimic natural hand motion, while feedback sensors provide real-time movement awareness. The combination of Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) and motion feedback allows the user’s brain to re-learn lost motor skills faster and more effectively.
