Matt Gatez has withdrawn from consideration for Attorney General, and Trump’s replacement – and a lot of his other picks – are really good. I have concerns about Janette Nesheiwat for Surgeon General, however.
An anonymous whistleblower inside the Justice department is warning that the FBI is too politicized to fairly evaluate Trump’s cabinet picks. This could spell more news for the fledgling Trump administration.

SCOTUS limited the power of Administrative Law Judges, and in so doing dealt a blow to federal agencies that create, enforce, and manage disputes with their own regulations.
Since restricting bump stocks was popular with both political parties, the SCOTUS decision to reverse that ruling became quite high-profile, but it is consistent with other administrative law decisions of the current court.
