Thank you for not only refusing to idolize vain things, but for being so resolute, that when I began to be seduced by the world and its empty promises, you demanded more from me, that the only thing that would do is Christ is me, the hope of glory.

I am so honoured to be married to you, a virtuous woman the likes of which the bible says is very hard to find, and its clear that to find a wife like you is to find favour from the Lord.

The words of this song are not a nice thought, they are our story, and they are true. In our 10 years together I have discovered something I could never have imagined in my younger years, a love that transcends the realm of soulish impulse, a love inhabited by God, full of forgiveness, patience, and faith.
