An “accidental” explosion occurred at the Nowgam police station in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) on the intervening night of November 15 and 16. The blast killed at least nine people and injured 32 others. The incident occurred while authorities were collecting samples from 360 kilograms of recovered explosives stored in the police station after busting an interstate terror module. Around 3,000 kilograms of explosives were recovered in raids and arrests linked to the terror module busted after the November 10 Delhi blast that killed at least 12 people. The NIA is now probing the Delhi blast case in which Al Falah University link has emerged.
