Ingredients:
Cake Batter :
Flour - 1 1/4th Cup/ 160g
Castor Sugar - 3/4th cup/ 160g
Cocoa Pwd - 1/4th cup/ 20g
Baking Soda - 1 Tsp/ 4.30g
Salt - 1/2 Tsp/ 2.5g
Oil - 1/2 Cup/ 120g
Curd - 1/4th cup/ 60g
Vanilla - 1/2 Tsp
Coffee Pwd - 1.5 Tsps/ 2.5g
Vinegar - 1/2 Tbsp/ 6.5g
Hot Water - 1 Cup/ 240g

Chocolate Ganache :
Chocolate - 1 Cup/ 150g
Cream - 1/2 cup/ 120g
Honey - 1 Tbsp/
Butter - 3 Tbsps
A pinch of Salt
Flaky Sea Salt - Garnish

Process :
To a pressure cooker, add in some salt, roughly 1.5-2 Cups & cover it with the lid - make sure to remove the whistle
Pre-heat the pressure cooker for 15-20 on medium heat
Meanwhile, to prepare the batter, whisk together sugar, oil & vanilla essence along with some curd
Add in the coffee powder along with some hot water & mix it in
Sift in the dry ingredients into the wet mix in batches - flour, cocoa pwd, salt & baking soda
Mix the batter until its smooth & lump-free
Finally add in the vinegar & fold in it
Transfer the batter to a greased 6 inch baking tin & put it on a stand in the pre-heated pressure cooker
Close the lid & cook the cake on medium low heat for 45mins - 1 hr/ until a skewer inserted comes out clean
Remove the tin from the pressure cooker & allow it to cool down completely
For the Ganache, start by heating up the cream in a saucepan
To a bowl, add in the chopped chocolate along with some honey & a pinch of salt
Pour the warm cream over the chocolate & cover & let it sit for 5 mins
Once rested, whisk the chocolate ganache until homogeneous & add cubed softened butter while whisking it continuously
Once the cake & chocolate ganache has cooled down, cover the cake with a thick layer of the frosting - allow it to refrigerate for 15-20 mins
