Federal agents with ICE and U.S. Marshals arrived at a home on Rose Avenue to arrest a man who had previously been deported and allegedly re-entered the country illegally. As agents were on scene, a crowd of protesters gathered and began confronting law enforcement.

According to officials, protesters attempted to block vehicles, and at one point, a vehicle window belonging to ICE was smashed. Police responded using tear gas, pepper spray, and less-lethal munitions to clear the area.
