THIS RECIPE MAKES 13 MANICOTTI


Ingredients:

For the sauce:

1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
2 28oz cans of tomato sauce
2 Tbsp of olive oil
3 Cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 of a medium onion (large dice)
1/4 to 1/2 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of fresh parsley
1/4 Tsp of dried oregano
Red pepper flakes (pinch)
Salt
Pepper

For the Manicotti:

13 Manicotti shells
1 32oz container of ricotta cheese
1/2 pound of fresh grated mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of tomato sauce (approximately)
1/2 cup of fresh parsley
