How to say 【After】 in Japanese) てから vs あとで

And if you were confused what I meant by the word "Continuously" I thought It meant "2 things happening Without a gap" but I made a mistake:( :(

But what I meant is "IMMEDIATELY AFTER" or "RIGHT AFTER"
