Milk Cake by Daryeel Kitchen

200g plain flour
200g sugar
4 eggs separate the egg whites
150g soft butter
1 tsp baking powder
150ml milk
Vanilla 2 tsp
Pinch of salt

The milk mixture

150g double cream
1 can of ( 400g) condensed milk
300 mls of evaporated


The toppings

200g double cream
1 tbsp of icing sugar
Whip the cream few minutes until peaks forms

Handful of crushed pistachios
Scatter with some rose pedals
