The United States is the most divided we've been since the America Civil War. People on both sides see the world complete differently. These opposing world views are propped up by partisan media outlets that fan the flames of division. Leaders in both parties are guilty of this charge as well.

We've come to care more about the people in politics more than how to solve the issues themselves. People general don't know what the opposing party is actually proposing which leads to an inability to even discuss basic issues. On Just the Issues, I'll be doing research into each party's beliefs, the supporting evidence for them, and areas of compromise.

My goal is to give you the best arguments for each side and let you draw your own conclusions. The news and political YouTube channels generally tell you how to think and get caught up in the news of the day. I will be deliberately avoiding the 24 hour news cycle to narrow down broader political issues to help inform you on why people believe what they believe.
