Tropical Modern Beach Home for a Family | (no cc) The Sims 4 Speed Build

Speed build of a pretty nice overwater beach house that I built in the beautiful tropical world of Sulani from the Island Living expansion pack! I built it on a 30x40 lot and it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and fits a total of 4-5 sims. You can easily use it as both a regular residential and a rental home. It has a lot of patios and balconies and a cute little outdoor shower in the front. I hope you all like the house, you can download it on my gallery page! :)
