Knob Creek vs Elijah Craig

Описание к видео Knob Creek vs Elijah Craig

We put two Bourbons head to head to specifically Kentucky Straight Bourbons.

This Small Batch replaced the 12yo. With a mashbill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley, you can expect less spice and more full-bodied sweetness. Bottled at 47%.
Nose: Delightfully complex with notes of vanilla bean, sweet fruit, and fresh mint.
Palate: Smooth and warm; pleasantly woody with accents of spice, smoke, and nutmeg.
Finish: Long, sweet, and slightly toasty.

Knob Creek, one of Jim Beam's small batch bourbon brands, is crafted in limited quantities, matured exclusively in heavily charred American oak barrels to fully draw out the natural sugars and flavours. Bottled at 50%.
Palate: Rich, sweet, woody, full-bodied, almost fruity.
Nose: Toasted nuts, grain, oak.
Finish: Long, rich and glowing.
