雲泉仙館原本位於廣東西樵山，1938年中國抗日戰爭期間西樵淪陷，由吳禮和道長等道侶因此南下香港。1975年購得新界坪輋園林地，修建作為宗教活動及旅遊渡假之用。

Wun Chuen Sin Kwoon was originally located in Xiqiao Mountain, Guangdong. During the Chinese War against Japanese in 1938, Xiqiao fell. Taoist priests and other Taoists then went south to Hong Kong In 1975, the garden land in Ping Che, New Territories was purchased and built for religious activities and tourism.
