How to Create a Film Look Shake/Jitter Effect in Premiere Pro (with Preset!)

In this Premiere Pro tutorial, I'll show you how to create a film look with footage from your digital camera. I'll add some overlays and some custom effects to make the footage glitch and flash along the way, as well as one special effect to make the footage have that very minor shake to it (like film!) to emulate playback on a film spool!
