This is Studentski Grad, which translates to Student's city. This is where most of the major universities of Sofia are situated and also all the dorms for the students to occupy while they get enlightened. It is the place where most of the people who came from the country to Sofia to study after their high school lived, including myself and most of my friends, who now live in Sofia. Back in the day this place was a lot calmer than it is now - it is now a busy residential area intertwined with all the dorms, universities, night clubs and food joints. I started my flight from Joy Station, a club that we like to visit for concert or just to have a bite, then captured some of the landmarks around - the Technical University (TU Sofia) and the University of National and World Economy (UNWE or UNSS). There is the Telecommunications college and the big park, which is one of the fewer places that have not been overbuilt. Sofia, Bulgaria, 07.09.2018
