Описание к видео Pinky and Perky and Co

1990 compilation video by Channel 5 Video featuring kinescopes of 3 complete episodes of The Pinky and Perky Show, the once famous pop music puppet show created by Jan and Vlasta Dalibor. In the iteration of the show featured on this tape, Pinky and Perky, puppet pigs with sped up voices, a la Alvin and the Chipmunks, with host and foil Jimmy Thompson, and several other puppet animals, run an underground TV station right outside the BBC studio.

WHERE THERE'S LIFE, THERE'S SOAP (03/25/1964)
Jimmy hears from his boss that an advertising agency wants to plug soap powder on the show. Surprises and mishaps along the way keep Pinky and Perky on their toes coming up with a clever advertisement. Guest appearance by TV presenter Michael Aspel.

Z-PIGS (12/06/1964)

YOU TOO CAN BE A DISC JOCKEY (03/06/1966)
Jimmy's all prepared to do his big disc jockey show. He's got the looks and he's got the records. The only problem is the records have no holes. Pinky and Perky and their friends, fortunately, come through with plenty of music, and special guests Freddie and the Dreamers.
