Cüruf algılama sistemi, çelik üretim sürecinde ürün kalitesini düşüren cürufların, sıvı çelik halinde aktarımı esnasında tespit edilerek ürün içerisinden ayrıştırılması prosesini içerir. Pota aktarımı esnasında, sıvı çeliğin aktığı yüzey, termal kamera ile online olarak izlenerek akışkan içerisindeki farklı sıcaklıklarda bulunan cürufları tespit eden yazılım, istenilen set değerine göre alarm üretir. Bu alarma göre pota akışına son verilebilir veya ocak geri kaçırılabilir.

Bu sistem sayesinde istenilen oranda cüruf kontrolü sağlanabilir. BOF & EAF bakım maliyetleri ve pota, refrakter aşınmaları en aza indirebilir. Operatörden bağımsız tam otomatik çalışma sağlanabilir. Proses süreleri azaltılarak zaman ve enerji tasarrufu sağlanabilir.


The slag detection system includes the process of detecting the slag, which reduces the product quality in the steel production process, during their transfer as liquid steel and separating them from the product. During the ladle transfer, the software detects the slag at different temperatures in the fluid by monitoring the surface of the liquid steel online with a thermal camera and generates an alarm according to the desired set value. According to this alarm, ladle flow can be stopped or the furnace can be backed up.
