Motala 2000 Cabin is a further development of our platform lift Motala 2000, which is often used to provide accessibility in public buildings. Our new version has a basket instead of a platform, which feels even safer for people to ride the lift. The lift can handle a transport of 15 meters with 2-6 stops.

The Motala 2000 Cabin is delivered with the same type of chain drive (controlled-chain) as the Motala 2000. The difference is that this elevator has an entire basket with basket doors, which means that the elevator is impulse controlled both in call and destination.

Motala 2000 Cabin has a shutter door. The door takes up less space in depth than standard double doors and increases the space inside the lift by as much as 40 cm. When the door is opened, it goes around the basket and thus also saves the space on the sides that would otherwise be used for the door mechanism.

With its quiet and safe operation, the Motala 2000 Cabin meets current requirements in real estate without taking up more space than absolutely necessary. The lift is 95% recyclable.

Standard features such as handrail in stainless steel, load weight device, control cabinet integrated with shaft panel and LED light in the shaft. The elevator shaft can be fitted with glazing on all sides, which gives an attractive appearance. The lift is also environmentally friendly – ​​the energy consumption is only one third of most comparable products and no oil changes are required during servicing.
