🕙 Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (30 min lunch break)

📅 Week Off: Sunday

💰 Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives


Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, skilled in customer communication, and driven to achieve targets. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, building relationships, and driving revenue through effective communication and sales techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels.

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries and convert them into successful sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable package solutions.

Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM/database regularly.

Work closely with the marketing and operations team for smooth coordination.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same industry or 3 years in any other sales domain.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools (email, CRM, online meetings).

Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle pressure.

Goal-oriented, energetic, and proactive personality.
