Seen on a small island just off the western shore of The Hudson River in New York are the remains of what looks to be an old world castle. Bearing bits of walls and support columns to help hold it in place one side sees the words "Bannerman Island Arsenal". Though currently it only houses weeds and bits of debris at one point it was a multi storied structure used to keep untold amounts of military surplus inventory owned by Francis Bannerman VI who from the late 1800s through the 1910s amassed and ran what was then, and possibly even today, the largest military surplus business on the planet.

But how did it fall into ruins and why isn't he that well known? Well watch and find out.
