2 Minutes Pizza Dough Using Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer

Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
200ml warm water 100-115 F + 1 TBSP

1. Mix all ingredients using a stand mixer fo 2 mins or 5mins by hand until it forms a ball. This time the ball is ready for proofing. You can keep the dough in the refrigerator for 3 days or freeze until 3 months for future use.
2. Grease a bowl with oil and put the dough covered with clean cloth or cling wrap or cloth. Proof the dough for 1-2 hours until double in size.
3. Shape the dough and top with your favorite pizza toppings.
