Exploring 2 Voice Recorders, My Honest Thoughts and Comparisons

Описание к видео Exploring 2 Voice Recorders, My Honest Thoughts and Comparisons

Hey everyone, J.R. Bjornson here! Today, I'm taking you through a quick and casual look at two voice recorders I currently own—one from Amazon and the other from London Drugs here in Canada. Each recorder has its quirks and unique features, so I thought it would be fun to share my experiences and compare their sound qualities.
If you purchase any of the products through my links I mentioned in this video. I will get a small 2/3% commission. These companies did not sponsor or send me these products for review. I just happened to use them and wanted to make a fun video about the products.
Recorder #1: Amazon's 64GB Voice Activated Magnetic Recorder
This little guy is all about simplicity—no screen, just a switch to start recording. It’s compact, affordable, and has a bit more bass in the sound quality. But is it reliable enough for capturing important moments like comedy shows? I’ll dive into the pros and cons.

Recorder #2: Sony ICD-PX370
This one's an old favorite I picked up for $130, but you can now find it for around $60 on Amazon. Unlike the first recorder, it has a screen that displays useful info while recording, and it’s great at capturing the environment around you. However, it lacks the bass punch that the Amazon recorder offers. I’ll also discuss the slight digital distortion it has, which reminds me a bit of SiriusXM's broadcast quality.
Throughout the video, I’ll play back some recordings from both devices so you can hear the difference for yourself. Whether you’re into tech gadgets or just curious about what makes these recorders tick, I hope you find this comparison helpful.
Thanks for tuning in.
