ingredients:

-3 boneless chicken
-olive oil
-2 minced garlic cloves
-1/2 tsp salt and pepper
-1/2 tsp paprika powder
-1 tsp oregano
-350 Gr broccoli
-4 sliced beef bacon
-40 Gr butter
-45 Gr flour
-2 cups milk
-1/2 cup vegetable stuck
-1 1/2 cup baby spinach
-1 1/2 tbsp mustard sauce
-mozzarella cheese
-3 hot dog breads


Recipe:

-preheat oven to 200C/390F, cut the chicken into small pieces.
-heat a pan over medium heat, add olive oil, minced garlic, chicken
-fry until is build up a golden crust.
-season with black pepper, paprika, salt, oregano.
-add broccoli, and cook for 5 minutes.
-move the chicken and broccoli in a bowl and set it aside.
-slice the bacon, and cook it in a same pan for 5 minutes.
-set the bacon also aside, in a same pan on lower heat melt butter, stir in flour to create a roux then gradually add in the milk and stock.
-whisking as you go to prevent lumps from forming.
-add spinach and mix well, stir in the mustard sauce, bring to a gentle bubble
-then turn off the heat, add mozzarella cheese on top, with sliced hot dog bread, brush the breads with olive oil and bake it for 20 minutes.
