Lebanese politicians stage sit-in to demand new president

Several politicians in Lebanon are staging a sit-in in the Parliament after lawmakers failed to elect a president for the eleventh consecutive time.
Without a functioning government, Lebanon can not adopt a range of economic reforms aimed at stopping wasteful spending and combatting rampant corruption.
