The Relocation 101 course from ODOT’s Real Estate Academy provides an understanding of the Uniform Act and the federal regulations upon which Relocation Assistance is based. This training will be a broad-based look at the foundation of relocation assistance. This course must be completed prior to attending the Relocation 201 or Relocation 202 classes.
This course is being presented as an eight-part webinar series from October 5 to November 16, 2021. There will be a quiz at the end of each module. Participants must achieve a passing score of 70% or greater to proceed to the next module.
Instructor – Patty Moorman, ODOT Office of Real Estate.
Who Should Attend? – ODOT Real Estate staff, Consultants and Ohio local agency personnel.
Registration Information – There is no registration fee for this training. The course is being presented as a series of eight 1-hour webinars.
• Module 1: October 5 – 9:00am to 10:00am EDT
• Module 2 (Part 1): October 7 – 9:00am to 10:00am EDT
• Module 2 (Part 2): October 7 – 1:00pm to 2:00pm EDT
• Module 3: October 19 – 9:00am to 10:00am EDT
• Module 4: October 21 – 9:00am to 10:00am EDT
• Module 5: November 2 – 9:00am to 10:00am EDT
• Module 6: November 4 – 9:00am to 10:00am EDT
• Module 7: November 16 – 9:00am to 10:00am EDT
Participants must successfully complete all of the eight 1-hour webinar sessions in order to receive course credit. If you are unable to attend one (or more) of the sessions listed above, please note that we are planning to offer a Replay of these sessions later this fall.
