Zero sum game is a type of game where for one person to win, another one has to lose. There is no other way around it. Typical sports that we consider as games are mostly zero-sum games.

An Non Zero-Sum Games are games where for one side to win, others do not necessarily have to lose.

I talk about a real life example to explain the difference between the two.
