Phantom's Revenge Off-Ride @ Kennywood

Phantom's Revenge is a steel hyper coaster at Kennywood that opened in 2001. Originally built as Steel Phantom in 1991, this Arrow Dynamics hyper looping coaster opened as the fastest roller coaster in the world with the largest drop on a coaster. But due to the rough ride experience the Steel Phantom gave, D. H. Morgan retrofitted the ride into a traditional hyper coaster, removing the loops and adding in airtime hills and banked turns. Phantom's Revenge is 3,200 ft long, stands 160 ft tall with a 228 ft drop, reaching top speeds of 85 mph.
