Pressurized vs. Non-Pressurized? For almost one month I have been using dual wall basket (single shot) as it was too hard to get nice espresso on single wall/non-pressurized. In my first test video I was using single shot baskets and results were not much difference. With settings that time, I still preferred pressurized, lol.

This time I tried with double shot and let's see what happens? This test totally converted me to be using non-pressurized. Although it's funny that I haven't seen so much foamy crema even with my previous machines with pressurized portafilter.
