How to make New York Deli Tuna Salad Sandwich?
Here's how to make the New York Deli Tuna Salad Sandwich and the recipe:

✎ Ingredients
Tuna 92g (about 2 cans of 70g tuna, drained)
chopped onion 14g
Celery 14g
Pepper 1g
Anchovy 1
Mayonnaise 90g
Sugar 5g
Pepper - to taste
Mustard 6g

✎ Instructions
1. Chop the onion, parsley and anchovies into small cubes.
2. Drain the liquid from the tuna cans, remove the tuna from the cans and place in a large bowl. Use a fork to crush the tuna into small pieces.
3. add the diced onion, celery, and anchovies, and stir gently to combine.
4. Add mayonnaise, red pepper flakes, mustard and sugar.
5. Season with pepper as desired.
6. Serve as is, or refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
7. Serve tuna salad on hamburgers or bread slices, or add to salads as a main dish or healthy lunch option.
