Plumed Whistling Duck (Dendrocygna eytoni) can be found in northern Australia and New Guinea, sometimes even down to Victoria. They are tropical wetland birds feed on grasses. I heard they are having a good year this year. So I went to see them and this is what I saw. I had no time to count the numbers but wondered if this is considered a lot of ducks :-)
