This Apple Cream Cheese Pastry Dessert is one of my kids’ all-time favorites — a flaky and sweet variation of the classic apple pie. With layers of tender apples, a touch of smooth cream cheese filling, cinnamon & sugar, and golden pastry, this recipe is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Perfect for holidays, potlucks, fall gatherings, or anytime you’re craving apple desserts.

🥧Ingredients🥧
•1t vanilla extract
•a few drops of lemon juice (so apples won’t brown)
•1/2 block full fat cream cheese (toom temp)
•1 Puff Pastry dough (room temp or Crescent Roll dough)
•3-4 cups peeled & diced apples
•2-3T melted butter

•AP Flour (for dusting countertop, rolling pin, & pastry dough or cresent roll dough)
•9x13 inch cookie sheet
•parchment paper (or non-stick spray)

Apple filling (combined):
•1/3 cup granulated sugar
•1/4 cup light brown sugar
•1/4t nutmeg
•1/2t cinnamon

Bake pastry @ 375 for 45 minutes (or until golden brown)
