Top News | On Tuesday, the Maharashtra government has scheduled a one-day special Vidhan Sabha session to debate the Maratha reservation issue. After delivering the report at the special assembly session scheduled for February 20, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde emphasised on Friday that reservations for Marathas will be granted in accordance with the law. "The study was performed on around two to 2.5 crore individuals... The administration will submit the report to the cabinet committee, taking care to ensure that the OBC group is not left behind in the proceedings. Chief Minister Shinde stated, "We have scheduled a special session of the legislature for February 20."
