Tempoross Guide - How to Get 10 Reward Permits (Why Cook?) [OSRS]

This guide will help you get 10 permits per game to complete the Why Cook combat task.
*IMPORTANT NOTE*: Load both cannons with fish at the end of the fight for it to work!

Also, the wave and lightning attacks will not start if Tempoross' energy is 10% or lower, so I think this guide is pretty effective and will help you easily getting this combat task done!
