Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos is the third installment of the well-known Warcraft strategy series , created by the legendary Blizzard Entertainment studio (authors of such hits as Diablo , StarCraft , World of Warcraft and Overwatch ). This production combines the classic gameplay model, known from titles belonging to the RTS (real time strategy) subgenre, with elements typical of RPG games (this combination was called Role Play Strategy by the authors). Plot Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos takes place in the fantasy world of Azeroth. The plot focuses on the invasion of the demonic Burning Legion and presents the fate of several key characters from the Warcraft universe - primarily the young prince Arthas Menethil and the orc shaman Thrall. Mechanics Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos is a real-time strategy in which the action is presented in an isometric view. Players build bases, collect resources, and then create units that they send into battle against their opponents. At the same time, in each game we control powerful heroes - in the course of a given clash, they gain experience and items (on the maps you can find monsters that we kill for this purpose). The production of Blizzard Entertainment studio gives the players four different factions: humans (and basically the Alliance, which also includes dwarves and high elves), undead, night elves and orcs. Each race has its own, characteristic gameplay mechanics, as well as an extensive list of units and heroes - thanks to this, they are controlled differently, using completely different tactics during combat. Game modes In Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos we can play both alone (as part of a campaign or single clashes) and with others (using an extensive online multiplayer mode). Technical issues Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos has three-dimensional graphics. The engine on which the game operates has its youth behind it, but the colorful art style makes it possible to keep an eye on the production of Blizzard Entertainment. Also noteworthy is the excellent music and high-quality CGI films, through which the most important parts of the story are presented.
