In this video, I'll show you to knit a bow headband, using a Addi 22 needle knitting machine or a Sentro 22 needle knitting machine. This is a really fun, quick and easy knitting project—it takes me about 30 minutes from beginning to end to knit one of these headbands! However, we all go at different paces, so project time will vary from person to person.

The techniques I'll show include: how to cast on and off a knitting machine using scrap yarn, how to seam the open sides of knitting machine tubes, how to assemble the bow, how to use the mattress stitch, and how to adjust the sizing of the headbands.
