Maybe the Emu was found on a Hobby farm as it was closing down. No one wanted her since she has some health issues, but Aj and Alex stepped up. She blossomed on her farm and bonded with Alex. Everytime Aj comes close to her when she’s with him, she makes sure to tell her. Maybe broken out into the Emu she was always meant to be. And now runs her new sanctuary.
