Amazing Low Carb Beef Stroganoff In Ninja 15 In 1 Multi Cooker

We can't believe how tender this beef was after being cooked for such a short time in our new Ninja Foodie 15 in 1 Muti cooker. Here's our low carb Beef Stroganoff with Cauliflower mash created in our Ninja 15 in 1 Multi cooker similar to an instant pot that is ideal for a low carb diet including Keto or to keep your blood sugar under control.
Ingredients
1.1 kg or 2.4 lbs diced beef
250 gms streaky bacon
500 gms mushrooms
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
6 tablespoons of tomato puree
500ml of beef stock (we used a stock cube)
2 teaspoons of paprika
Pressure cook for 30 minutes or use a slow cooker for about 3 hours.
