without fail, every year when summer starts, my Açaí bowl obsession kicks in with full force. long time followers will remember all of my loaded breakfast bowls from summers past :’) in true summer angie fashion, i whipped up this chocolate peanut butter superfruit Açaí bowl for a poolside lunch using @sambazon’s Açaí Superfruit Packs.

these packs are so easy and convenient to use! the packs are stored frozen and individually wrapped. pro tip: for easier blending, let the packs thaw slightly and break in half for blending Açaí has always been my go-to bowl base: it contains antioxidants, healthy omegas 3,6, and 9. it’s also a good source of fiber, providing energy for performance and recovery. OH, not to mention that it can help support heart, skin, and brain health :)

chocolate pb superfruit Açaí bowl

2 packs of @sambazon Original Blend Açaí Superfruit
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup oat milk
1 serving vanilla protein powder of choice
1 tbsp creamy salted peanut butter

blend everything until smooth and uniform, then transfer to a bowl. i topped mine with granola, bananas, chocolate spread, and blueberries!
