This is Bose's most affordable bookshelf speaker to use their Direct/Reflecting® speaker technology. The 201® Series IV is a versatile speaker engineered to deliver satisfying sound, both for music and movies, and in a variety of systems (great for small rooms and tight spaces).

Each handsome slot-port enclosure houses a 6-1/2" woofer and Bose's wide-dispersion 2" Stereo Targeting® tweeter to deliver lifelike music throughout your room. Place the speakers with the tweeters firing inwards for a more focused sound pattern (recommended for video use). Or, placed with the tweeters firing outwards, you'll hear more spacious sound. Choose the overall sound you like best!
