Andrew Whiskeyman, Ph.D., COL USA (ret.) is a Goodpaster Scholars Fellow and a Senior Non-Resident Fellow with the Global National Security Institute. He teaches as adjunct faculty with Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, as well as the Air University's Global College of Professional Military Education (GCPME). He is the CEO and co-founder of JASSA Professional Services; providing expertise on the adoption of emerging technology and organizational adaptation.
