PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED DSR track.
On July 16th 2019 the previous lineup of DSR splintered, sadly it was right before we were to lay down vocals on a brand new album. Anytime these things happen there are 3 sides to the story. For a year the band was on hiatus and then in August 2020 we came back together comprised of original and long standing members. It always bothered me that this track couldn’t be released, I was on endless tours when I wrote this going through a life changing divorce. I waited two years and the other members never really made a move on this so I decided to release this a great demo version (unmixed / un mastered) recorded by Brandon Hamby and featuring Dréa Atkins and the end of the song which is more slower and emotional than the standard DSR. (starting at 1:49)
This song isn’t by the current lineup of DSR some have remained some have moved on.
But this is one that was more emotional and I felt should be heard.
