Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue Review - Bardolino - Lago di Garda

We stayed in the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue for six wonderful nights.

The hotel is around 800 meters or a 10 minutes walk from the old town of Bardolino and sites on the shore of Lago di Garda.

We stayed in the Bellview part of the hotel, slightly newer but a 50 meter walk from the main part of the rest of the hotel complex. We had free WIFI, access to an indoor/outdoor pool and access to the lake via a private jetty. The king size bed and pillows were comfortable.

We stayed in room 722 - quite spacious and had a nice balcony with lake views. It also had good security and a lift!

We paid around €245 per night for 2 people, including a good and extensive breakfast. The restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced as well. We ate dinner there twice and the cost including drinks was about €60 each night for 2 people.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Service was friendly and good. Its ideal for families, seniors, and mature and discerning travellers, and sunbathers.

A word of warning - this hotel should not be confused with the Hotel Du Lac in Gardone Riviera, which is on the other side of the lake, especially when travelling in a group!
