Nassim Taleb's black swan theory refers to surprising and highly disruptive events called black swan events which can be downright life-altering.

In hindsight, a lot of these black swan events seem blatantly obvious but I assure you that those who actually deal with one black swan event or another find them anything but obvious at that point.

Through his black swan theory, Nassim Taleb helps us understand the dynamics of black swan events and it's precisely this understanding of black swan scenarios which helps us become more resilient.
