In case you don't know what is going on, there is a 'bug' that Luna can exploit with Goemon B. The 60% (or 120% if 2 pc) additional attack of lightning damage should only apply to the first attack unleashed after an ultimate evasion, but for Luna's case she applies it to every small tick of her chainsaw ultimate due to it being a time frozen domain (i.e. timestop).

This bug has been around ever since Luna's debut back in 7.0, someone on BiliBili even made a video showcasing this but didn't garner much attention back then (link to video: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1Sm4.... It only resurfaced 3 days ago as CN players were testing version 7.7 beta. Anyway, miHoYo has already fixed the bug.
