材料: 30克虾米,4-5颗红葱头,50克叉烧,青葱,

面糊:粘米粉80g,木薯粉40g,清水300g

酱汁:2勺生抽,半勺红糖,1勺葱油,4勺清水搅拌均匀煮至糖融化

做法:
1)将材料切好备用,热锅热油下入红葱头爆香,炸至金黄色捞出
2)锅留底油,爆香虾米备用;把调好的酱汁倒入锅里烧开再取出备用
3)粘米粉80g,薯粉40g,清水300g搅拌均匀,面糊就做好了
4)把蒸盘抹油将一勺面糊平均淋在蒸盘里撒上虾米叉烧葱花,蒸锅水烧开把蒸盘放进来蒸三分钟左右就可以啦
5)用刮板沿着边缘轻轻卷成长条撒上小虾米葱头再淋上酱汁即可食用❤️
