Known for her ability to build trust and foster collaboration among diverse, multicultural, and multidisciplinary groups, Rashmir has held strategic and leadership roles across the social impact and private sectors, including at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She has served as a trustee/NED in the US and UK, founded an innovative social enterprise to address the global nursing brain drain, taught hundreds of coaches and MBA students, and worked in finance and investment banking across Africa, South Asia, the US, and the UK.
