ICF Mumbai Charter Chapter was very pleased to host Dr. Michael J. Marx on 27th April, for a session on 'ICF Code of Ethics in Practice'.

In his session, Michael shared 'real-feel' examples and stories to highlight key ethical considerations and dimensions that abound in coaching the coaching eco-system. His fluency, experience and discretion shone through, and our audience of 90+ participants engaged with him in an open discussion about the context,nuances and very real challenges that coaches deal with today.

About the Facilitator: Michael J. Marx, MBA, EdD, PCC, CPCC, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach specializing in business coaching and corporate consultation. Dr. Marx has served as the leader of the ICF ‘Global Community of Practice on Ethics.’ He also serves on the ICF Independent Review Board and leads the team for the Ethical Interpretive Statements. Additionally, he is a past-president of Christian Coaches Network International and the author of Ethics and Risk Management for Christian Coaches (2016). He and his team have founded a non-profit call Coaching Suicide Awareness.
