On The Scene: Various groups staged a protest Thursday outside St. Gerrard Construction in Pasig City, one of the companies owned by contractors Sarah and Curlee Discaya, denouncing allegedly corrupt contractors and politicians behind flood control projects. Protesters hurled mud at the gate and spray-painted the words “magnanakaw” (thief), “corrupt,” and “ikulong” (jail them) on both the gate and the walls outside the property.
