In this Patch 16.1 Double Up match, I ran a Piltover 6 economy snowball comp centered around upgrading T-Hex to 3 stars, transforming it into an unstoppable late-game carry. With strong HexMech, Dragonborn, and Soulbound support, the board scaled rapidly and closed out with a dominant 2nd-place finish.
Lucian & Senna served as the mid-game DPS bridge with Guinsoo’s Rageblade, Bloodthirster, and Giant Slayer, allowing us to stack Piltover energy safely while maintaining board strength. Once T-Hex reached 3 stars with Infinity Edge, Hand of Justice, and Guardbreaker, fights ended quickly as it deleted enemy frontlines instantly.
A durable frontline of Taric, Skarner, Loris, Vi, and Shyvana held aggro while Seraphine and Neeko provided utility and CC. The combination of Piltover scaling plus Soulbound damage made the comp extremely stable through stages 4–6.

Strategy
Opened Piltover early and focused on energy management, safely losing rounds until hitting a strong cash-out. Transitioned into Lucian & Senna mid-game to stabilize while slowly feeding T-Hex experience.
Once T-Hex hit 3 stars, the board spiked dramatically, turning every fight into explosive frontline deletion. Our partner’s strong frontline and MF damage ensured momentum through the final stages, allowing us to comfortably secure top placement.
