Full Workout:
Exercise 1: Front squats 4 x 8-10
Exercise 2: Romanian deadlift (2 sec pause & slow eccentric) 4 x 8-10
Exercise 3: Leg extension 4x 12-15 (every set is a dropset)
Exercise 4: Bodyweight leg curl (slow eccentric) 4 x 10-12
Exercise 5: Walking lunges 4 x 20 steps each leg
Exercise 6: Goblet squat 3 x 12-15
